changing Iclould email password not my apple ID password

How can I change/recover my Iclould email password which is different than my apple ID? I am trying to install my icloud on my new phone?

My iPad tells me that I need a iCloud password I changed my email on apple ID, after long time I got my ipad out changed it and tried to log in but it tells me that I need a iCloud password, I tried all passwords we used in the past time nothing works.
