You’ve purchased an iPad with Activation Lock!
Without the original owner's Apple info, you will never be able to defeat the Activation Lock.
Apple will NOT help you, either.
Activation Lock is an anti-theft/privacy protection software feature.
Activation Lock, by design, is meant to NOT be circumvented!
You will never, EVER get this iPad to work for you.
That iPad is a useless, dead, electronic paperweight to you, as is!
Sorry.
There is a proper way to setup an iPad to sell or giveaway, if the iPad is an actual, legitimate selling, non-stolen
device, but the seller did not do this to be able to properly sell an iPad.
Anyone selling stolen iDevices that can’t be properly setup to sell is scamming buyers out of their money.
Either way, you maybe, possibly stuck with a useless, non- functioning iDevice/iPad.
Next time, purchase a legitimate and new iPad from your nearest, “local” Apple Store or a discounted, refurbished
iPad from Apple’s Refurbished & Clearance section of Apple’s Website or an Apple authorised reseller, OR, if you
insist on purchasing used Apple products, research and find a much more, reliable, reputable, local or online Apple
product reseller, next time!
Unless you can make arrangements to see and operate and factory reset an iPad purchase, IN PERSON and in
front of the unknown seller, forget ever buying Apple iDevices online from unreliable sources such as from
random iPad sellers, sellers on Craigslist and/or eBay or other similar auction/for sale Websites, unless, with a site,
like eBay, they have a good reputation points for selling legitimate used Apple devices.
AND even then, excersise extreme caution!
Sorry & Best of Luck to You!
I'm sorry: you can't. In this situation there is absolutely no way you are ever going to be able to unlock the phone.
