Update Payment Information

I am trying to update my payment information as my previous card expired. I can't update it as it will only allow me to update my CCV not expiration date. Also, I can add any info until I verify my current payment info. I can't delete it as this is a family account and I need at least add form of payment on the account. How can I fix this?

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
