Deleted photos

The recently deleted folder holds photos for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days, you can look there, but they are now likely gone.

The only other way you could get them back is if you have a backup of your iPad made before the photos were deleted. You would have to restore the iPad from that backup. And also understand anything new you have done or added to the iPad will be gone as you'd be in essence setting the iPad back to that date and time.

In Photos you can check the Recently Deleted folder. If the photos you wish to recover are not in Recently Deleted then there is no way to recover the photos.
