Water spilled on my MacBook Air keyboard

I spilled a little bit of water on my MacBook Air keyboard but I dried it immediately and it was functioning fine but then 2 minutes later the screen started flickering. I turned it off and flipped it for it to dry. Will it be okay? Does flickering right away mean water damage?

Liquids and electronics do not mix, so I'd recommend that you take it to your nearest Apple store as soon as possible for a damage assessment.
