Disabled account
I had fraudulant activity from my cards so cancelled them, I am now trying to add a new card for iTunes and AppStore purposes and it won’t allow me to add it. Keeps saying my account has been disabled

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
