iCloud

My drive's usage has more MB's than I actually have files! Is there a way to "start over" - i.e., erase the drive and then re-populate it?

You can archive the iCloud storage data see this https://support.apple.com/ro-ro/HT204055

And see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204247

You can also completely delete each data from www.icloud.com or from iCloud Drive and start as new .
