Missing App Icon

How do I Restore an app that has been deleted or is missing, but still shows as being installed?

i no longer have a particular icon for the Scene app ( for collecting movie scene points). It seems to have disappeared.

If I search the phone for the app, it can be opened; however the app icon is no where to be found. Other people have also browsed my phone and cannot find the icon.

At the App Store, I cant re-download because it only has “ open” and not “get”.

how do I add the missing icon or delete without one, so that I can redownload it?
