it says that my iphone is disabled connect to itunes.

my daughter lost her iphone. So im giving her my old one but its disabled and says to connect to itunes which i am but what to do know

Start here: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Note: Make sure you have iTunes 12.8.x or later for Mac or iTunes 12.9.x or later for Windows before you start.
