My right AirPod won’t work... so I tried charging the case all the way with both of them in there and it says there at 100% so I take them out and put them in and only the left one works I cleaned them I tried resetting them multiple times and nothing is working so what else do I do?

2) Good cleaning: How to clean your AirPods and EarPods
3) Volume balance: Go to Settings > General > Accessibility and scroll down to “L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
