Printing on both sides

I'm trying to print a multi-page doc using word and can't find the option tab to select print on both sides. I'm using a MAC

You specifically mentioned using Word, so here is a link to the Microsoft support page which explains how to do it since their printing menu options differ from the macOS print dialog options. Be sure to scroll down to the section for printing on both sides of the paper.
