Update of the previous reply:

The pending purchases were finally completed and I got everything I bought, but the AppStore purchase history still mark them as pending, I even got a new pending transaction record despite it has been completed.

I have the same issue but my payment method is not marked as failed, and the registered credit card is the only one available, how can I get around this?
