Wanna downloading Apps!!!

iTunes doesn't withdraw money for the subscription although the VISA-Card, which is connected to my iTunes account, is in working condition and always has the needed amount of money.

I can't delete the card to link the account to another one, because there's an unpaid subscription.

Help please to find the possibility for payment, unlink the card or move the subscription to another method. What should I do??
