Specific website not working properly

A website I have used previously is not showing all the content on opening page. Webmanager says all is OK on their end. Site does same missing behavior on Chrome. I have deleted history and gone to Google search to launch from new link. No Joy!

Press and hold the shift key while launching Safari.

  1. Safari menu : Clear History : all history : [ Clear History ].
    1. This removes all history and cookies in the browser.
  2. Safari Preferences : Advanced : [√] Show Develop menu in menu bar
    1. Necessary before you can clear browser cache
    2. Press option+command+e to clear browser cache
  3. Quit Safari

Launch Safari again normally, and try the website again.

All extensions in Safari would be shown in Safari Preferences : Extensions panel, and only can get there in Safari 12 by first running an application designed specifically to install them there. So no issue for you.

What do you mean by active (scrollbar?) with hot links (like Menu) is missing? What is the link to the website so I can see what you are referring too?

The site is responsive. So when your browser has a smaller width than some value coded in the site the menu is removed and the logo moves to the center top of the page. Expand your browser width and the site works. This is hoe responsive site work. This is intentional so that the site can be accessed from computers, ipads, and phones. Click on the logo and a hamburger menu will appear.

  1. Removed All History hoping to remove bookmarked links.

2. JavaScript is enabled.

3.I see no advertising blocker extensions. How are they marked? Site is internal communication and shouldn't have Ads

4.Picked up site on Google search and used that link on Chrome. Same result.

The webpage is correctly displayed, but the active (scrollbar?) with hot links (like Menu) is missing.

Thanks for your reply.

Are you using a bookmarked link that may be out of date and point to the wrong part of their site, instead of using the current default URL? Do you have JavaScript disabled in Safari : Preferences : Security. Many websites dynamically build their content and with JavaScript off, that will break. Are you using any Advertising blocker extension in Safari that could be blotting out parts of the site?
