iOS 12.4.1 charging issue

since updating my iPhone XR to 12.4.1 it stops charging at 80%. I had no problem with charging on iOS 12.4.0

it doesn’t matter whether I am using use, wireless or mains it always stops dead on 80%

There is a section that addresses charging to 80%.
