Can't update iCloud music

So when I click on "Update iCloud Music Library" Under File>Library I get the following error: "Genius results can't be updated because the iTunes store doesn't recognize your iTunes library?" Please choose File>Library>Turn of Genius to turn off Genius, then turn it back on.


This option does not even exist in iTunes Library version 12.9.5.5 All it shows is update Genius.

My iCloud Music Library is turned on.

First use iTunes' menu to go to iTunes > Preferences > General and turn off iCloud Music Library.


Then you should be able to turn off Genius at File > Library > Turn Off Genius.
