If I’ve lost my iPhone how can I get all my pics back from my old iCloud to my new one I have now got iPhone 8 from iPhone 7

Hello and thanks for posting to Support Communities.

If you had iCloud Photos enabled, and had enough space to hold all of your photos, then simply sign into your Apple ID/iCloud Account and view your photos.
