How can I send text messages without effects?

How do I disable ALL text effects for outgoing texts on iOS 13?

Since the update, I can't text half the time, because pressing the send arrow, whether holding down on it or tapping it, takes me to the bubble/screen "send with effect" screen, and no matter what I select, it goes back to the text dialogue, and again, if I try to send, I'm back at the bubble/screen "send with effect" dialogue.

I just want to text, without the hassle of these effect options! Help me turn it all off!!!

I just started having the same issue (IOS 13.2). I cannot send a msg by just tapping the green arrow...nothing happens. If I press & hold the arrow, Send with Effects pops up...which I DO NOT WANT.

Why hasn't Apple Support responded to this month old issue posting?

When you send a message just tap on the up arrow and not hold down on it, that activates the effects.

What do you mean, you tap the green or blue up arrow to send the message without the effects, if you hold down on it, it open the send with effects.

Can’t send messages. It insists on effects and recipient is not on an iOS device. I don’t have iMessage activated.
