My iPhone got stuck mid-update for iOS 13, had to put it in recovery mood, and accidentally clicked (Set up as a new iPhone), and I did not have any backup on iCloud, nor a back up on my computer. Now the phone is set up as new iPhone and I lost all my old data.
Is there any way i can restore all lost data?

If you have no back up, you have no data to restore.
Not having backups is an accident waiting to happen, iOS update or not.
