WeChat will not load with iOS13

Hi

Don't waste the time to waiting the Apple service center as they are throwing us away to other. i am so disappointed with them as they are totally no help! can feel that they totally no experience, but we pay so high price for purchase their product but get this type of after sale service.

Go to the setting >> General >> Reset >> Reset All setting <<<< after loading you can login to the wechat

I had the same issue. Back up your phone and downgrade your iOS if you need wechat. It is the one I did for this issue and so far I wechat is working on the previous iOS version. This solution is a bit time consuming and inconvenient in a way though, but works. Hope it helps!

I had the same issue! Upgraded to IOS 13 last night and can’t open wechat anymore!! It will not load. Close before it even opens!

Please fix it! It effects my work as all my clients use it!

Me too had spend so much time there and get nothing from them, and they keep on say Wechat issue ask me to look from wechat, actually its their problem but they don't know.

Upgraded to OIS 13 last night and can’t open wechat anymore!! It was all fine before the upgrade. Please fix it. All my clients are on this App!

Tried all the restart the phone, delete and reinstall! Clear the storage! Many times ! Just can’t even open the App!
