Follow the directions as given by Verizon: Apple Music with select Unlimited plans - Verizon Wireless﹥Learn More﹥Here’s how you activate your Apple Music subscription.

You may be asked to cancel your previous subscription through Apple. Both subscriptions are different items and can exist at the same time, so cancel one of them.
