Bought a new iPhone 7 and transferred everything across from iCloud. But my apple music (playlists, songs, downloads etc.) isn't there?

Bought a new iPhone 7 and successfully transferred everything on my icloud across to my new phone...apart from my apple music.

None of my playlists or downloads are appearing on the music app. I've tried turning the 'show apple music' toggle on and off and then restarting my phone but it's not working.

What do i need to do to get my music history back on my new phone?

If you’re on iOS 13:

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off Sync Library and then turn it back on  and Turn on “Show Apple Music”

For IOS 12:

Sync Library is iCloud music library
