"Could not connect to library"

My Apple TV says that it "could not connect to library" for home sharing. I have tried signing in/out and restarting all devices to no avail. Any advice? I'm using a MacBook Pro (10.15) and Apple TV (13.2)

Apple TV 4, tvOS 13
