After I updated my IPhone 7 to IOS 13 I cannot receive new email notifications anymore. I’ve done everything such as erase and restore phone from latest back up and reset all settings. All other notifications work fine
If your business one is an exchange account you might want to get your IT person to help you, Yahoo push notifications are usually sketchy and they may not support the new version. Try removing it and adding it back.
I have read of certain issues with Outlook/Exchange accounts. I would also try removing that mail account and set it up from scratch and get your Exchange Admin to trace when emails are sent.
So which version of iOS 13 are you referring to? And who is your mail provider?

I use two email accounts one is through my company and the other is yahoo. Neither work with notifications. They used to until I updated.
Yes company is exchange and I did speak with our IT and they believe it is software related with the phone. I guess I’ll have to wait to see what future updates do
