Apple watch Activity function is stuck

How do I fix the app on the watch...The activity registers on the phone, but the watch Icon rings just have dots traveling around the icon without showing the activity

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the apple logo, then release both.

Cannot open my apps. Screen bounces back to clock face. This apple watch is updated to the current update. A few days ago, I wanted to view my apps. It keeps bouncing back to the clock screen immediately. I turned the watch off and restarted it again. That maneuver did not help. Any help would be much appreciated. I went to the watch app on my iphone, but could not find anything that seemed to be an issue with the watch. The watch is on a cellular Verizon plan. It is paired with my iphone.

Apple Watch app shows apps continuously installing I used my iPhone app to install apps on my watch. It is showing the spinning circle constantly. Constantly as in days of spinning. Please help.

Thank you for the very prompt help...The apple logo stayed on for a long time, but the problem was solved.
