I do not have a computer I use iPad and phone. This morning my power button stoped working so I turned it off from settings and I plugged it in now it shows a computer and support.apple.com/iPhone/restore

Ask a friend who has a computer for help or get an appointment at an Apple Store for help. You will need access to a computer to restore your phone. You can then reload your most recent iCloud backup.
