No Warranty Date Found

When i tried to check my warranty status at the checkcoverage.apple.com, it doesn't give me. This is what that appears instead:

Purchase Date not Validated

Apple is unable to provide information about your service coverage. Please contact Apple Support

Opens in a new window to update your product’s date of purchase.

Please help.

Hello,


I would do as the instructions indicate and contact Apple Support to update your product's date of purchase. I suspect that Apple Support might need some proof of purchase like a receipt. Just have one handy if that's what it comes to.
