Can’t receive mail on my iPhone

Hello, I’m not receiving mail on the mail app of my IPhone (IOS13)

Start here:--> If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you get no help, you can try to delete your e-mail account, restart your iphone, then add your account back again.
