Refund

Hello, I was billed USD14.99 from my bank account and I don’t know what the bill is for. I’ve also not received any email from apple for that particular debit. How do I request for a refund for that amount and is there any email address I can contact apple on?

How can I get a refund for a charge that was made on my bank account from apple.com? I am still trying to figure out what the charges in my account are that are always different inquiries from “ Apple.com “ and am I able to be refunded ?
