IPhone XS Max Cellular issue

Greetings,

My iPhone XS Max is having no signal when I leave from a WiFi connection to my wireless carriers internet. Has been happening for the past couple months. I have to restart my phone every time and it is really starting to get annoying. I bought the phone in March 2019. Please help.

Hello. That did not work. Changed SIM card 2 times. Reset network settings each time on the iPhone as well while I put each new SIM card in. What other options are there? Was there a recall on the XS Max models?
