Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have received several phone calls that I have not answered, that says it is apple and because my iCloud has been breached and not to make any on line transactions and press 1 to contact apple suport.

Is this a scammers?

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls.
