I have ipad pro 11" and apple pencil 2. my question is if i connect my apple pencil to my ipad always will it can damage my pencil's battery? or i have to keep the pencil separate from ipad when it is fully charged?

While this is true, iPad's system software is intelligent where if the battery is kept at 100% for an extended amount of time then it will discharge the battery to around 92% then recharge back to 100%.
are you sure? how can it be possible because most of the devices damage the battery for overcharge
