US customer care

I am South African and bought an iPhone X during my trip to the US in July. The charging/syncing port in non responsive and the iStore in South Africa has referred me to the US customer care. I need a support email address or chat line to communicate my problem with apple.

You will have to ship the phone to someone in the US and have them bring it to an Apple store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. The warranty on iPhones is only valid in the country where the phone was purchased. And Apple will not accept international shipments for repairs.
