can't down load apple tv on my mac

if you mean you can't get the apple tv app on your mac then it's a part of the new macOS catelina(10.15) and can't be installed without upgrading to that version
You are correct I need to download Mack OS Catalina 10.15.2 but when I do that it sends me an error that this download is not supported by my computer
Tried again to install my Mac iOS 10.15.2 update I can’t appears alert this software is not supported on your system
