How do I reset a restrictions passcode if I have forgotten it.

It is not possible to reset it without restoring your phone to factory settings.

Follow the instructions in the Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Do not restore a backup, as the backup contains the restrictions passcode.
