My iPhone SE messaging service isn't working. At the time of messaging to other phones, its showing message sending failed.
Suggest a solution.

Are you trying to send iMessage (blue) or SMS (green) messages? Does this issue exist regardless to who you send the message to or to only specific recipients? Are those recipients using Apple or non-Apple phones?
If you are trying to send messages to non iPhones, did you make sure, that in Settings/iMessage the option "send as SMS if iMessage is not available" is enabled?
