Please specify exactly which keys do not work. If it is 789uiojkl, this is normally because somehow the Mouse Keys feature has been activated in Accessibility preferences. See the end of

As above I’ve tried keyboard on an iPhone and all the keys work just not on iPad Pro 12.9 2018

thank you so much ivies been 3 days at this and spoke to.Apple.And received a replacement keyboard.Thank you so much

was going into recovery mode tomorrow as well
