IPhone is saying it is disabled

I had a new screen fitted to my iPhone 6 and when I got it back it says on the screen that it is disabled and connect to iTunes, how do I connect to it to iTunes when the phone won't do anything ,other then turn on and Off?

Was this done at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center?

  • Yes. Return there and seek assistance.
  • No. You had an unauthorized repair performed. Apple will no longer be able to help with this device.
