iCloud back up
my Mac says the iCloud is full when I have purchased more space. it isn't backing up again and back up option is not listed on icloud for MAC

You can't backup a Mac to iCloud. Use Time Machine or another backup program to backup a Mac. On a Mac, you can sync data to iCloud.
Have you tried signing out of iCloud and back in to see if that updates the storage?
