Yes, this is a Phishing email designed to steal your credentials. Since you were recently scammed in similar fashion, it will help you to review:

Not Dear Customer, Dear Client, Dear your-email-address, Dear Apple User, or something similar.

It is a phishing attempt. Apple will not address you as Customer, or with just an email address. You can forward the email to Apple as an attachment to reportphishing@apple.com, and then delete it.
