You have multiple options available. I believe you can migrate your Windows account to the Mac using these Apple instructions.

You can also enable File Sharing on the Mac and transfer files over the network.

Or you can transfer files to an external USB drive and use the Mac to copy them to your account. macOS can read an NTFS formatted drive, but cannot write to NTFS without installing third party software. If you want to use the external drive for both Windows & Mac, then a better option is to format the drive as exFAT. It is best to erase the drive on a Mac using Disk Utility since macOS cannot always read an exFAT drive formatted by Windows. Within Disk Utility click on "View" and select "Show all devices" so that the physical drive appears in the left pane of Disk Utility. Select the physical external drive and erase it as GUID partition and exFAT. This should allow both macOS & Windows read+write access to the drive.
