iPhone 8 spyware

Getting ready to start a hostile divorce. My phone is provided by my husbands company. How do I check for spyware? Please don’t ask/tell me if I jailbroke the phone etc. Thanks.

You would need to have any management profiles removed from the device.

The company IT would have to do that.

Restore it as a new device, don't use any backups.

Change the password to your Apple ID or change IDs.
