Syncing my ipod classic
I recently downloaded Catalina to my iMac. I then downloaded some podcast. When I tried to sync the podcasts to my iPod classic my iTunes did not recognize my iPod. Suggestions?

First see What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support. Syncing is now managed through Finder. You may find that you need to restore your device before Finder will work with it properly, particularly if it is in the default Windows/FAT32 format which it might be if it had never been restored on a Mac.
