Request update password for ID Apple too many

Hi Good morning,

Can you please support me to Sign in my ID Apple with new Iphone 11 pro Max. The problem started when I bouth the new Iphone 11 pro max today, and tried to transfer my all datas to the new Iphone. After Apple store asked me to updated IOS 13.3. My old phone continous asked to changed password for ID Apple until now. I can't sign in to my ID Apple after changed many times. Still looding Update ID Apple. Many thanks support team. Looking forward to hearing help from you soon.

You are entitled to 90 days of telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.

Yes, I was followed the steps in that article. they asked me to changed password. After changed still can't sign in. then they asked to changed again and again. please help me to check what wrong
