my Touch Bar is not working

Touch Bar seemingly works but the light behind the bar does not. IN other words I can touch it and it resounds but it is not visible.

Also I have a problems with my key board as it doubles often letters and cursor jumps as out of control from word to word.

Extra problem is that being closed by cover it simnifically warms up.
