iphone 11 cursor

Is there a way to make the cursor move on the iPhone 11 by holding the keypad and sliding your finger where you want it as it was on the XS Max?

Instead of using the keyboard, press and hold the space bar and it will work.

Cursor zoom Before i got the iPhone 11, i had the 7plus and i was able to type whatever it was that i was typing, and if i made an error typing i could press down where i needed the cursor to be and it would zoom-in to show me where i am placing the cursor, but now with the new phone, it doesn't do it. The iPhone 11 is too big for the new gestures required the iPhone 11 is too big for my hand to swipe down from the top left corner to get to the control Center. Is there a way to change it back to getting to it with a swipe up from the bottom please? Thank you
