My brother uses this PC and the itunes to update music. My apple account and music subscription is logged on this itunes and now he can also access my apple music subscription thru his iphone. I sometimes find his music all of a sudden in the itunes of my iphone. How can i restrict him from accessing my apple music subscription?

Unless you give him his own account on your computer (which won't be logged into your Apple Music Account) you can't. Well, you could log out of your Music Account before you let him use the computer. Not convenient.
