I use a Mac Pro (Mid-2012); I use High Sierra; Processor: 3.33 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon; Memory: 48GB 1333 MHz DDR3; MacPro5.1(2012/Westmere). I would like to install the following Hard Disk in my Mac Pro:

It will function, but sort of a downgrade for a Mac Pro.
I'd pay the extra for 7200 rpm, 256 MB cache, & especially the 5 year Warranty over the 2 year Warranty...

I plan to use the above mentioned hard drive as my "new main hard drive," and replace the main hard drive I'm using now. What items should I copy to a separate hard drive (so that I can copy them back onto the "new main hard drive"); so that I will not loose the ability to use all the main administor's passwords and other items needed to use the "new main hard drive?"
FWIW, a 5400 RPM HDD is very slow in this day and age.
