Can’t receive calls or texts that are not in contacts
I can’t receive texts or calls from people that are not in my contacts. I have an iPhone 11
That will happen if you set:
Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers

Did you check Do Not Disturb? Sounds strange unless these are contacts that are in Favorites. See if this is on and what other settings you may have configured.
Check your Screen Time settings. Look at the Communication Limits section: Set up Screen Time for a family member on iPhone - Apple Support

I checked that too. It’s really strange as it just happened out of the blue.
