Not able to mount Windows external HardDisk

Hi

I am unable to mount and view the files of my external hard disk. I tried using the first aid and it gave me an error. Kindly advice on how I can fix this without compromising the data in the hard disk.

You can try clicking on the View icon in Disk Utility and select "Show All Devices", select the top level of the drive and try First Aid again.
